1. The AMF Bowling Loyalty Program for League Bowlers, AMF Roller Elite, is operated by Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited ACN 007 710 110 ("AMF Bowling"). Participation in an AMF Bowling League indicates agreement to be bound by the AMF Roller Elite (AMF Bowling Loyalty Program) terms and conditions as detailed below.
2. Membership to the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite, is open to league bowlers who are Australian and New Zealand residents.
3. Only individuals may be members of the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite. A person can join the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite, free of charge at any AMF Bowling Centre in Australia and New Zealand. The initial and all subsequent transactions, bowling scores, and attendance data will be included in the member's Reward Account.
4. A member must complete the league registration process at any AMF Bowling centre to use any Reward Entitlements issued through the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program. Only registered & active league bowlers are entitled to AMF Roller Elite rewards and benefits.
5. A member's name and e-mail address are required when joining an AMF Bowling League and the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite. E-mail will be the primary method of communication with members regarding the program and any additional benefits that may be periodically introduced. If members do not have an email address then a postal address must be supplied, however AMF Bowling does not guarantee that members will receive communication via mail.
6. Member's personal details along with the member's transaction history and mailing requests will be held on a database maintained by AMF Bowling, and a program service provider engaged by AMF Bowling to administer the AMF Bowling Rewards Program, and will be collected, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy. AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy can be viewed at www.amfbowling.com.au or in centre. Under no circumstances will information be made available to any other parties or used for any other purpose unless in accordance with AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy or as required by law.
7. Members of the AMF Roller Elite program are entitled to receive the following Loyalty
Benefits:
a. $5.50 social/practice games, valid for the member and up to 4 guests (subject to lane availability) at any AMF Bowling Centre. Valid for active AMF Roller Elite members only on presentation of their AMF Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. Not valid for league, tournament, birthday parties, school groups, corporate or group events.
b. 4 games for $18, valid for the AMF Roller Elite member only (subject to lane availability) at any AMF Bowling Centre. Valid for active AMF Roller Elite members only on presentation of their AMF Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. Not valid for league, tournament, birthday parties, school groups, corporate or group events.
c. 10% off any full priced item purchased at the cafe or bar at any AMF Bowling Centre. Valid for active AMF Roller Elite members only on presentation of their AMF Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. This offer is not available for league, tournaments, birthday parties, school groups, meal deals, arcade tokens, or group and corporate bookings.
d. 10% off the M9 Laser Skirmish full rate (board rate) valid for the member and up to four guests at any M9 Laser Skirmish. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. This offer is not available for league, tournaments, birthday parties, school groups, meal deals, arcade tokens, or group and corporate bookings. Discounts are only valid on presentation of an active AMF Roller Elite membership card. M9 Laser Skirmish is available at selected centres.
e. 10% off full priced birthday parties at any AMF Bowling Centre. Valid for active AMF Roller Elite members only on presentation of their AMF Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion.
f. 10% off full priced group & corporate functions. Valid for active AMF Roller Elite members only on presentation of their AMF Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion.
8. Periodically AMF Bowling will make available additional offers and promotions that are for the exclusive benefit of AMF Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite members. These will be bound by separate terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of sale. These offers and promotions will not be valid in conjunction with the offers outlined in section 7 of these terms and conditions. Loyalty Benefits are for personal use by a member and will not be valid for league or tournaments.
9. In order to obtain Loyalty Benefits, a member must be a registered & active league bowler and must present their AMF Roller Elite Card at the time of each transaction at the point of sale or, if the purchase is by telephone, fax, mail order or online, by quoting their membership number - in each case before the purchase is concluded.
10. All transactions on the Loyalty Card, AMF Roller Elite, accrue in the member's name only and cannot be assigned, sold, refunded, transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Registration as an AMF Bowling league bowler, confirms a member's agreement to receive correspondence and promotional material from AMF Bowling, including mailings with special offer & event information and monthly newsletters & catalogues.
12. Members must report if their Reward Card is lost or stolen at their local centre and a replacement card will be issued.
13. AMF Bowling may in its absolute discretion suspend or terminate the AMF Loyalty Program, AMF Roller Elite, at any time without prior notice. AMF Bowling will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the AMF Loyalty Program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any Loyalty Benefits that may be valid at the time of suspension or termination.
14. All conditions and warranties whether express or implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability AMF Bowling may have to a member under statute in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at AMF Bowling's option.
15. The AMF Bowling Loyalty card remains the property of AMF Bowling and may be recalled at the discretion of AMF Bowling at any time. 16. AMF Bowling reserves the right to make any changes at any time to these Terms and Conditions and to any part of the AMF Rewards Program.
