Pokitpal Competition - Terms and Conditions

This promotion has now been extended until 30 April 2013:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. 
2. The promoter is Bowling Centres Australia Pty Ltd ("Promoter") of Level 12/61 Lavender Street Milsons Point NSW 2061. ABN  61 003 710 110.
3. The promotional period is 1st March 2013 until 31st of March 2013 12.00pm (Noon) AEST. 
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families as well as any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. To enter, entrants must submit 25 words or less through the supplied form or to [email protected]  and answer the question: "how do you plan to cram for your next exam?" Entries close on the 31st of March 2013 12.00pm (Noon) AEST.  
6. This promotion commences on 1st March 2013 online at [email protected] and ends at 31st of March 2013 12.00pm (Noon) AEST.
7. The prize draw of the ultimate bowling experenice will take place at Bowling Centres Australia Pty Ltd of Level 12 / 61 Lavender Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on Monday the 31st of March 2013 12.00pm (Noon) AEST. There will be one major prize winner drawn on 31st of March 2013 12.00pm (Noon) AEST. Prize winners will be notified by email. Prize must be used within 6 months of it being drawn.
8. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter in relation to this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to publicize the winner's name, state, suburb and photograph through any print and electronic media and broadcasts in connection with the competition without any further compensation or payment to the winner, and the winner hereby consents to this.
9. Any extra ancillary costs will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be sold.
10. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
11. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not claim the prize by 3pm on 30th April 2013 or the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, the prize or its element will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
14. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw if necessary; 2 days after the final draw has taken place, on 2nd April 2013 at 12.00pm, in order to distribute the prize/s if it remains unclaimed by the original winner/s. The winner/s of the additional draw will be notified by phone and mail on the day of the draw.
15. To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and obtain each entrant's agreement in relation to handling this personal information. If the entrant does not provide all the information requested they will not be entered into the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending electronic messages. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the entrant's request, all information provided will be removed from the Promoter's active database.
