Form teams and create that spirit that helps you get the job done.  We have work teams who have gone all the way to having their own uniforms made, with bowling team names and custom-drilled bowling balls.  The more experienced bowlers end up helping and guiding the less expert players, so everyone brings out the best in everyone else.
